Of course! We offer 3 different bundles to meet your needs. Everyone gets a 30 minute free consultation with me regardless if you are trying to book a group tour or a personalized itinerary. I want to know YOU and what you are looking for. I also want you to get to know me and what I can do for you.
All group travel/tours are different. When we announce a new tour, you will get to see exactly what is included and what is not.
As of now we take payments through Zelle, Paypal, or bank transfer. All this information will be available to you after our phone call when you decide you want me to plan your inspirational vacation, or you want to join my small group tour.
You can find our cancellation policy under “Terms and Agreements.” If for some reason your personalized itinerary or group tour have a different cancellation policy, you will be notified before you make the first deposit.
For an additional fee we can help you figure out the best routes to your destination.
We are happy to help you figure out train, car, flight, or other means of transportation. These will a have a different cost depending on whether you are talking a group tour, or we are talking about a personalized itinerary.
If you have joined us in one of our group tours, then your host is there to help you with your language needs as long as its something scheduled by us. We are not responsible for things you have schedule on your own.
Each country significantly differs on what they offer for people with special needs. While food accommodations are easily addressed there may be some challenges in addressing mobility restrictions. This is something I will happily discuss with you during our free 30-minute consultation call.
All countries have different visa requirements. We will be happy to educate you on what specific need the country you are visiting has depending on the passport you hold.
